Pets:
We are pet-friendly and welcome two well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.
Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.
For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.

A: The closest public boat ramp via car is across from Mesquite Pit restaurant on Pearl St. (It is a 14 minute drive) The restaurant address is 919 E Pearl St, Granbury. The entrance to the boat ramp area is directly across from it on the other side of of Pearl St.

A: A trailer/boat can be parked in the grass along the street directly in front of the house, or along the grass on the other side of the driveway on the north side of the home.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was absolutely perfect for our entire family—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The pool was a big hit with everyone, and having the kayaks available added an extra layer of fun and adventure. The amenities were spot on—everything we needed was right there, which made our stay so easy and relaxing. The location was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and private. Summary: This home was perfect for our high school girlfriend’s reunion! There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room, beds, bathrooms and whole lot of fun at this party home! The host and the location were great for our getaway! I would definitely stay there again!

Summary: The pictures don't do this properly justice. Dawn made sure our check in was smooth and even took the time to check and make sure we were settled and let us know about the best places to eat and everything that was going on in Granbury. We had four generations and this home is the perfect place with things to do for everyone. We are excited to make this our new vacation spot for many years to come.

Summary: This house was perfect for our annual family girls trip. The upstairs kitchen was very much appreciated as it reduced the number of times we had to use the stairs. We had plenty of towels and other bath items. Air conditioning works great! The pool area is very nice although we never got to use the pool due to weather. The large downstairs dining table was perfect for game night. Communication was excellent. Great location. We spent one day shopping/dining on the Granbury square and the next day doing the same in nearby Glen Rose. Great house!

Summary: The house was immaculate. The hosts always made sure we were taken care of. They included a very thoughtful gift basket for the eclipse. We had no issues with our experience and made a lot of wonderful family memories. The only improvement I can think of is the hot water in the upstairs shower. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
